We offer a variety of personal training packages to fit your needs and budget.

Option 1: 4 x PT sessions a month for £100.00

This package includes:

  • 4 one-on-one personal training sessions per month

  • Progress tracking

  • Motivation and support

Option 3: Pay as you Go: £30 per session

This option allows you to book personal training sessions as needed.

Each session is 55 minutes and includes a warm up, workout, and cool down.
